To assist in the proficiency of Risk Management practices in Texas Educational Institutions which include: School Districts, Educational Services Centers, Universities, Colleges, Junior Colleges, Community Schools, Private Schools, Accredited Non-Public Schools and other Texas Educational Associations.

To provide professional development to association members through regional seminars, an annual conference and networking for those individuals responsible for Risk Management, Workers' Compensation, Employee Benefits, Human Resources, Insurance and Business Operations.

To be a resource center for members regarding insurance and insurance related practices and/or vendors desiring to do business with the educational entity.
